At this time in Kapoho - no wind at all - muggy. and rain has stopped for the moment. Can barely hear the waves but it is a incoming tide right now (high at 11:00 am of 2.1' which is not a very big tide). Surge predicted for 1-2' per news this AM.
Just watching newscaster down at So Point. Water is calm and light breeze behind her. They, I swear, are hoping for big drama.
