You said Pahoa Pantry and Soup Kitchen is a 501c3. Now, you say it isn't and is part of a church. Then it isn't a 501c3 since a church has its own tax code 508©(1)(A). There is no other reason to openly claim to be a legal nonprofit if it is not one but commit tax fraud. If the church is claiming it harbors an illegal nonprofit, then the church is an accomplice. Advance warning, all these nonprofit schemes developed around Pahoa are coming to an end.
