Hawaii was already a Territory.

The Yes vote was 93%.


But it was set up by the US government and are Congressional acts that hold no weight outside of US territory.

There is no treaty of annexation. Only a joint resolution, that again is a congressional act that holds no weight outside of US territory. Therefore Hawaii has been illegally occupied.
