State Judge rules Hawaiian Kingdom still exists
"If you have genealogy tracing back to the Kingdom of Hawaii then you are automatically a citizen."

How am I to picture this. People turn up at the electoral office with their family tree?
What about people who don't live in Hawaii now, do they get to vote?

What if the people from the Marquesas decide they want their land back from the invading Tahitians?
