State Judge rules Hawaiian Kingdom still exists


In all honesty, I don't fully understand why he didn't dismiss the case right there. I think it was a political move. If he was being objective and only judging based on the facts provided he should have dismissed the case right there.

Taking judicial notice means the court accepts it as true. Especially since the prosecutor did not object to anything presented. So if the court accepts the Kingdom still exists, the State of Hawaii court has no subject matter jurisdiction.

It really is a weird instance going on.

Also on a side note, there is no word balony. It's either bologna or baloney.
