Post and Pier vs. Concrete Slab

Welcome & Aloha!
To me post & pier wins hands down. We are building ours 3 feet off the ground to catch the trade winds, views and less bugs and dampness, Most of all it is easier on your feet & body because the floor gives vs the hardness of concrete. More pluses are storage underneath and ease of making changes to plumbing and electrical systems.
Just my humble opinion.
