Corn gluten does one thing and one thing only. It prevents new seeds (weed seeds, tomato seeds, etc,) from germinating. It does not inhibit weed root formation nor will it have any effect on existing weeds.
I wouldn't waste my money on it unless you have a very small yard that is already pretty much free of weeds.
Albizia tree seedlings are not really that much of a problem to control. Just go out in your yard with a shovel every month or so and dig them out. If there are Albizia trees in your area, there is no way you are going to prevent them from starting in your yard.
