I am in hilo everyday , agree with many of the homeless have mental health issues, but there are also many that are drug dealers and users . it has become so bad in the area that the church that feeds them 2x a week locks their office and gates in the day and hires a security guard for the night to protect the church. so you would think they would Stop the practice of feeding them since most of them have an EBT card and are not starving. I am very tired of having to wash down our business frontage everyday from the urine and human feces . I hope the county steps up and does something to help with this growing problem in hilo
