You know guys...is this really the point? I frankly don't give a @#$%*** about which PARTY is to BLAME..... the truth is WE ARE TO BLAME AS A SOCIETY. Mental health is an ILLNESS. It pains me to walk by so many disturbed people on the streets of Hilo.....and under the bridge by Suisan on my way to go sailing each week. I want to help them but they are PSYCHOTIC and need medication and a safe place to live. And what are we doing right now? Closing down a wing at the Hilo Hospital which provides a safe place for people in crisis.
