Has anyone on the forum flown directly into Kona with pets?? I thought the regulations for bringing pets was insane already and then found out what it will take to make a direct flight to the Big Island. They recommend that we fly into Honolulu first and then over to Kona. Has anyone done this? I'm concerned about the extra costs as well as whether the Inter-Island planes will accept the dogs??
