Galvanized pipe power poles
#3
Hi Dave, what they show on the diagrams is a 20' pole. It is set in a hole that is 4' deep, 24" minimum diameter with a foot of fine gravel around the base of the pole in the bottom. It is filled with 2500 psi concrete. I don't understand why they give a choice of 4" or 6", unless it is base on 100-amp or 200-amp service. I believe in over building when in doubt. If you want I'll try to scan the sheet Helco gave me and send it out to anyone that wants it. It will take a bit.
