Aloha punagirl, all the lettered roads in HA run down hill, all can flood in a deluge. Generally the grassy Pahoehoe covered lots usually have the best views, but they are also usually pretty flat, more prone to flooding. HA is such a vast area though, there are also many hilly forested lots with views too. You really need to get a map of available lots from a realtor and look at each one, try to find one with an obvious high spot. Also, try to talk to people living nearby, they know where the water flows.
