Introducing Myself.....

Well, My husband is one the one who is wanting to live poss. the Puna area,or Hilo. Since he is a carpenter it seems that most of the work is in Kona so....We will see. I just like the Hilo side because it's more "jungle like" We stayed in Kapoho while we were on our honeymoon and that was awesome!! But so far way from everything. I miss the hot ponds and the champaign ponds. Great snorkeling or scuba water your into. Kona is a little too crazy for me,lots of people on the streets,reminds me a litle of the Pike Place Market in Seattle.Hilo area is very nice.I liked it myself(husband included) But I guess everything is beautiful in it's own way so Kona is a little drier and Hilo the wettter side. Not alot of diff. though,sice the rain ,at least while we were there lasted 5 minutes and was wonderfully warm-unlike the cut to your bone rain here in WA. state. Just my opinion- Aloha- Lisa
