Lava flow approching Emergency Road and Ocean

The county was letting people go to the end of the paved part of the Chain of Craters Rescue Road, that is, 3 miles in. This is crossing the road beyond that, what looks like less than a mile. It will probably be against the rules to go past the paved part but lightly patrolled.
