Once you are able to get a bit of motion, one of the best rehab exercise for the knee is to sit somewhere that your leg can hang off an edge and swing. The back yard lanai works for me. The drop off is far enough that my feet cannot touch, and just swing it. Gently at first and try to work your way up to the full range of motion after a couple of days of this, two or three times a day at least for ten minutes. It helps to have something to read when doing this, time passes quickly. I've had a few twists myself with my days of basketball and tennis. Happy healing Birdmove.
