Hmmmm...not so sure, but a couple of days to see if swelling goes down before going will help. My only worry for you is if you tore, or slightly tore your ACL, but after a few days rest and still hobbling will be a good clue, but an X-Ray will give you a definite. Speedy recovery, and maybe keep a pile of throwing rocks by the door outside will work next time, while improving your pitching skills in the process.
