President Obama is expanding a national monument

At the same time, the US Navy wants to bomb the hell out of some Pacific territory islands and have war games on them. Hopefully, Obama will address this. He must know a lawsuit has been filed against the US Navy. Also, the Micronesians are having to evacuate even faster plus the Bikini islanders relocated to another island are finding that island sinking.
