A world without mosquitos

This really does seem like a no-brainer to me. We're out in the middle of the ocean, so if there are any unexpected issues, it's almost certainly not spreading. Mosquitoes don't belong here anyway. They are a major source of disease, for people, livestock, and native birds.

Just try it out somewhere (maybe Lanai, Molokai, Niihau) and then move to the bigger islands if there are no issues with the first trial.
