Terracore - I bought one of those saws a year or so ago. From HD, without the charger/battery. Went in to the store and ordered it. It was delivered to their SoCal warehouse, then shipped here with their regular orders. Had to pay Calif tax, but it was a reasonable solution. Hope this helps.
