Wow, Cat. That is quite a profit. I appear to be late to the Puna party. Late for the world, for that matter. I think you are right, that is a kit house with extraordinary finishing. It is not much on the outside, but the signature round windows and trusses make it more special. Yes, it is near the ocean and I think has views, at least from the yard.

Buzz -- that's a spectacular website (although a little difficult to navigate). Just navigating there is like a trip to the spa. Those places would be great as ohanas or vacation rentals in a dry non-buggy climate.
