re MLS 167845, John Dirgo and I looked at this property in June. The pictures make it look nicer than it is but I liked it. The soil did appear deep. It appears to me that the drainage pattern directed the water from the road directly into the lot and it seemed wet and the soil was squishy.

It talks about Banyan trees (which I like) I didn't see any and neither did John. Maybe they were Keiki Banyan Trees.

I did like this property and it certainly was on my list. It is on a somewhat rough road but only a short way from a paved road.

I would like it even better at 60 to 75,000.

Then I would probably buy it. (Listening, John?)
