Anyone aware of this? I had my rep submit my plans today and they would not accept them because they do not have a driveway indicated on the plans. I was also told previously that if it is a county road, as it is in Seaview, that they require a cement driveway from the road to my lot, although not far, it would be several thousand $. Apparently because they are concerned about flooding and drainage on the street which in Seaview is probably impossible with all a'a on my street. Among other surprises were that the area underneath my house (10' up with nothing underneath) they need a floor plan and indication of use. We will change them of course, but ugh! I guess welcome to the building process for me!
