I am looking at land prices in Hawaii.. How come Nanawale is so cheap right now?.. Is the volcanoe going to erupt?,,,dumb mainland question ..[ Smile

]...can someone tell me( not agent) where is the best place to get cheap land and build a house in Hawaii?
