The Krafft's. Backstory is there were thousands of photos and hundreds of hours of video they put together over the years. Much of it archived and never saw the light of day. Then they "released" it all somehow, and two different filmmakers decided to make a documentary about them using the archive.
Fire of Love is one, done by National Geographic. I think you got to go to the theater to see it. I have not.
The Fire Within: A Requiem for Katia and Maurice Krafft, was done by Werner Herzog (the most German person in the world). Seen this, paid $3 on Amazon to rent it. Enjoyed it, Werner's narrative, and especially some of the cooler videos. My fav is of a lava river coming off of Mauna Loa in 1984. They don't tell you that in the movie, I saw it and said "hey, that looks like...." and had to look it up, but yeah, it was her on Mauna Loa in 1984.
