It was just kind of strange, as I've never seen a ship just sit there like that. I was wondering if it was disabled or something. The ship is gone now. I never saw if a tug or something came out to get it or it just left on it's own.
Saw that yesterday. Thought it might be a research vessel. According to my shoreline friends, these show up occasionally.
