I use Seeske in Keaau but haven't had to take them in. I give my own injections. Worming is no issue if done regularly (every 2-3 months). Mine are very healthy from being fed a mixture daily of sheep/goat chow, green leaves of either banana, wiwi or ginger and about 4 papaya a day per goat, plus they have a 1/2 acre fenced field shared with some sheep. They get lots of exercise, petted pretty much every day and they do fine.
