What procedures need to be completed before building can begin?
As of January 1, 2000 before any new structure can be started in Nanawale subdivision, a set of building plans must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval that the plans are in compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions. After approval of the plans, the owner must show proof of legal building permit before starting construction. The minimum square footage for a house is 880 square feet.
