it's nice to have a god recommendation for concrete work. Unfortunately I'm a victim of terrible concrete work. My garage is terrible looking! The workers never used that one tool that cleans up edges. So all around my garage slab edges look like somebody took a sledgehammer to it!. Not to mention these ass wipes weren't very careful it either. I have spilled paint all over it, and even a small piece of wood embedded in the concrete. Walkway up to the front door floods when it rains. As a matter of fact, I'm considering a lawsuit against my real estate agent and her contractor who she has collaborated with on several homes...with mine being the worst! Unfortunately, this real estate agent mistook my kindness as a weakness! As a Waikiki Beachboy, my nickname was "Hit-man" for a reason, and they are about to find out why!
As a matter of fact, slab was such a terrible job it is probably the reason that I have to deal with centipedes in my house on a weekly basis..and you know what? It really pisses me off!
Plus for every good story about craftmanship here in Puna, there will be 5 nightmares about people getting ripped off by phoney contractors;'
In my case, I think I have action. I have come to find out my agent's business partner is in fact not a contractor at all, but is using a contractor's license. Plus they moved me into a house that wasn't completed?! I think I have them by the short hairs...what do you guys think?
Handle every situation like a dog,If you can't eat it or hump it,piss on it and walk away...
