I agree, if people didnt like them then why have they stayed around for a thousand years. And from what I can see. and this is just my opionion (not that i am a expert) because I am not I am still learning. but from what I see on the M.L.S I can spend 70 to 80 thousand for a piece of crap house that needs alot of work and did I mention your lucky to get 600 sq feet for that, I can put up a 30 foot yurt 730 sq feet add on a large lanai kitchen and a bathroom on three acres for 73,000. which with the additions will give you around 1200 sq feet of living space, and to top it all off its all brand new not run down and beat to crap. that total includes a 3acre parcel. hmmm doesnt sound to bad to me and you can be done with it turnkey in about 2 weeks.
[] and I have to agree with Yurtgirl, all this bashing crap, is really getting annoying. And you know WHO you ARE!!!! And isnt funny come to find out those individuals dont even live in Hawaii, what un grateful, did I mention spoiled bratt, get a freaken life... Their are those of us that are busting our balls so we can join our friends, brothers and sisters in paradise.[!] those people like that I dont think make it on the island for very long. You cant hide from yourself in hawaii, and if you can then you dont desrve to live their..
