Any water well owners?

John,I know that.But an experienced doctor can estimate the risk of the surgery.
I was asking about a risk assessment (based on the well drilling history in Puna),not a guarantee of the water.That's why I highlighted the important points.
Let's say, 100 wells has been drilled and 9 of the drilling didn't succeeed.So it will be about 10% risk.
The only person I talked had the property with 15 feet elevation - (vs 125 of mine) and in HPP.Would love to hear from the other well owners.
