I have flown my dog back and forth 3 times. Last year I was able to fly him into Kona. A GREAT improvement. A little more preparation ahead of time, but way well worth it. Contact Hawaii Dept. of Ag, they will tell you what to do. It takes a couple of extra weeks in the prep time. The link above by Idi...lays the process out well
