ack! I don't have contract experience that anyone should take as the last word! I muddled through the laws last year for a friend who didn't have Internet... I came away with a general impression but I still don't know if it was100% correct [
] i'm good at a lot of stuff,but not hawaii contract law. I am still hoping one of our lawyery types will tell me if I interperted the law correctly so we all know what's up with liens. Sorry for the cruddy spelling/grammar....typing on an handheld device.
