Bosch on demand water heaters

What is the deal?? I am really curious. SB & I had two different on demands in two houses. And we hated them both. Cold hot cold hot. (on catchment with pressure tanks).
Is the issue that they just werent sized right? All along we tinkered with them and tried to adjust them and still flucuated... |
