Commercial dog food- a question for dog lovers
#6
I use to feed my dogs this stuff called"Honest Kitchen".
http://www.thehonestkitchen.com/index.shtml
It's dehydrated people grade stuff, that you add hot water too. They sell it at "Paws" in Kona, I think she has a lady selling it over here in Hilo now out of her house. I then switched to "Wysong" they sell it at Island Naturals. It's a kibble, but our vet in Kapaau, she's a holistic vet, says it's the best "kibble" type food there is. It's a little pricey, but I special order it by the case from Island Naturals so with the discount it breaks down to about 1.60 a pound. Even cheaper than Iams. Plus they make it with all human grade stuff, a plus when you have little ones that get into the dog food bowl. Smile Angela
