Community watch, organized or just neighbors watching out for each other.

Video cameras / Alarm systems

Guns / 2x4's / or weapon at hand

Drug Education and prevention

Increase of priority with HPD / more patrol officers

Ho'oponopono or cultural resources

So far some are preventative, some are reactions and some are both ways.

Any other ideas ?
