Safeway to Lower prices

No...KTA just smells like fish and this odor is the worst towards the back of the store near the fish counter. I do find that KTA's produce tends to start rotting within a couple of days of bringing it home. So, if you are using the produce you buy there that day or evening..it should be OK. Otherwise, the rotting produce may be another part of the odor problem at this store.

I have also found a lot of expired products still on the racks and shelves. This is especially true at the racks of cold cuts, etc. One day a fellow was stocking as I was reading the expired dates on the turkey lunchmeat that I was thinking of buying. He did not seem at all concerned that it was all out of date. Oh well. I now buy my lunch meat at Safeway.
