I know the Shipmans have done a lot for the residents of Puna.
If it wasn't for them, Real Estate would probably be a lot harder to come by since they practically owned all of Keaau at one time.
Carey If I owned that much prime ocean front land I WOULD provide better access to the community and give back. They could do it in such a way that they wouldn't even notice anything different except that there are a dozen or so people enjoying the beach.
And they could do a reservations list.
They have private security guards already. Just stick of them in a guard hut at the entrance.
They're filthy siinkin' rich already and have already made millions off their lands selling to the residents of Keaau.
Have you seen the road and properties that they allow Hawaiians to live on at the other side? Pathetic.
What an eye sore those prime beach front residences are..
BOGUS
One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.
