even with all their rate and cost mumbo jumbo... the contractor was able to run the wire from the house to the street for less than helco in my case.

Id watch the cable people also ... they wanted 2700$ to bring in the cable, I passed.

Six months later they wrote me and offered free installation, 700 foot 7 pole drop - and yes the installer less than thrilled, but he did it.
