Shipping containers?

"Spaghetti" lots can be "Consolidated and Resubdivided". Take 2 lots and create a double wide "flag lot" in the rear with a 30' strip down the side for a driveway to access the rear lot. Off grid is good for the rear lot because moving electricity that far is problematic. Front lot would be a bit deeper and 30' narrower than a double lot.
I have done it. Takes about a year and $3-4K.
