J**** was fired( 2 years ago) for using the the HPPOA credit card for personal use and got caught , thus getting fired. Are there any oversight, managing of this GM? I also was informed that a road crew member was fired last week as well. Although I have not heard of the details and for all I know it could be legit, just seems the GM is stacking the deck. The shop was well staffed with relatives of J. S. (son in law) and a relative of J****'s . Could the GM be influenced by current employees in the hiring and firing ? Does anyone know if HPPOA has an HR committee in place? I am concerned the GM is putting the association at risk for liability, as was done previous. Any input to help calm the nerves would be appreciated.

Isn't employee and employer relations private.
Isn't it against the law to release any reason for separation??
Isn't this why HPP is being sued??
