If it was returned as undeliverable, it's a server glitch or similar, on your end or hers, as others here have said. I've never seen an email take that long for an undeliverable, though. Definitely weird!

I know of three email accounts that Joy has had/used.

one being her publicly available government account.. repsanbuenaventura@Capitol.hawaii.gov
another being an @outlook.com account and a third being a @joy4puna.com account.

It appears that the joy4puna.com domain is no longer viable so that email account may be gone.
