If school is out, will students congregate with 5 other teenagers? Maybe 10? How does that compare with a 1000 throughout the day while attending various classes, crowded cafeterias or close contact sports in Phys Ed?

Is Kim that afraid of the local business owners that he will not put in place all the rest of Hawaii and the USA has. I bet Harry would went to Florida on spring break.
