I use godaddy for hosting 2 snitz forums...
been there about 2 years... had 1 outage, called them in the site was back up in about 5 min. Before that I manages the server they were in at a mom and pop ISP.

I'd be the first of many to contribute $20 to help you in your cause. Why not set up a donation address where we can all mail you a check? Since you don't sell space on your site like that other guy I feel it's only fair.

I'll second Scott's idea too. If enough people chip in maybe you could get a server, or what ever the process is, here locally? Just so long as we don't loose the archives. There is way too much good information there to be lost. All it would take is a call for donations when ever the fund gets low and I'm sure that those of us that read this site would come through.

I would contribute because:
a. this is an invaluable resource, and
b. it has to cost money to run these things.
