Chickens and Eggs

Pam, some of those giant eggs will be double yolkers. My Grandmother used to say young chickens tend to lay them. I have had mixed chicken flocks for years. I still love the Auricaunas that lay the colored eggs. I don't know if I will try chickens on the BI as yours are doing so good. Eggs-o-plenty. Hope to be back to enjoy them soon.

I actually sold out of eggs today. Wow, this is kind of fun!! I have one neighbor that buys four 18-packs at a time and insists the blue eggs taste the best. Whatever makes her happy!
