Tom Callis Tribune-Herald staff writer in his August 7,2014 article
olice will investigate Tiffany Edwards Hunt(TEH) for suspected voter fraud.The article reports TEH called it "political theater" she stated, " I believe there is no merit to any of this and I'm happy to sit down with anyone in law enforcement." On December 11,2014 I received a phone call from Detective Grant Todd informing me that the investigation has been completed and the matter was referred to the County Prosecutors office on December 10,2014. This all takes TIME yet don't stop laughing not now not never.

Not for Christmas and not until after the new year folks.
Case C14022484 is in the mix and so far no dirty tricks at the Prosecutor's office just a process. On 12/12/14 the case of the County vs. Tiffany Edwards Hunt was forwarded to the Prosecutor's office. Plain and simple . Whatever happens next will happen in 2015 and no manner or matter of discussion or obstruction of the wheels of justice or marginalizing of those who put the complaint forward will help. We would not have to be here today if only Tiffany Edwards Hunt had taken the righteous way.
P.S. You can continue to shoot the messengers if you need to. We are alright with it. In fact it amuses us.

A new Grand Jury is being empanelled in early January. Hopefully, they will be presented the evidence and then decide if this case should be prosecuted. I don't know if it's entirely fair, but such matters somehow seem to be considered less trivial when the person in question aspires to political office.

Fines maybe, at least for tax fraud/evasion, but probably allowed to pay up what was supposed to be paid from the start.
Nothing major, the usual suspects will scream and rant per usual.

No, I will merely expect commensurate treatment for my transgressions, especially where property taxes or vehicle registration are involved.

There are thousands who are taking the tax exemption illegally ,including 1200 who are deceased !
"A comparison of property owners claiming the county homeowner’s exemption against vital statistics from the state Department of Health discovered 1,200 deceased people benefiting from the exemption, some for as long as 10 years. That’s according to county Real Property Tax Administrator Stan Sitko."

Punchline from HTH article: State DoH stopped sharing death notices with County, so County didn't know the exemption needed to expire.
I'm sure they had a Good Reason for doing that...
