Unknownjulie, I know some hunters smoke and sell their meat, but I usually just give it to family and friends and feed the guys at work. I can't charge anyone for something that has been provided to me for free! Let me know if you want some meat, smoked or raw, and I'll put some aside for you next time. Some of the meat I get is from Mauna Kea and is very lean, and some is from private properties here in Puna and Hilo (Thanks Pam!).

hilodiver, thanks so much! Someone gave me a piece of pork that I cooked in the pressure cooker with some potatos and cabbage, and it basically cooked down to something like "Texas brisket". It was delicious. I left all the fat on it, and there was alot of fat. Anyhow, yeah, we always need food. I have 3 boys that eat like crazy! Just send me an email if you have some extra and I'll come and pick it up.
