I am so thankful for our community. The good, the bad, and the ugly. We shall rise above the adversity.

Back to topic, staying the heck away from confrontation, and let the "chips fall where they may".

It's not always a "cultural thing". Tired, spent, but ohana and friends are safe. We hope all of you are. Calming, at it's best.

We are the world. (lol. [Smile])

Be safe all. We're in for a long haul, in the midst of "change".

Oh, and beef stew, poi (sour is better; day old), and ohana is "da bess". throw in a little reflection, we're good.

Well then, rain, a hot cuppa Chai tea, and petting a purring puddycat.
Preferably with a new episode of Downton Abbey or other fine British TV.
Reminds me of good times with my parents.

Ed to add - The Punaweb filter turned it into *****cat.

Agree with Kathy...hot tea (I like the fruit flavored ones), a purring cat (or warm sleeping puppy will do [Smile]), and a head massage or foot rub...ahhhhh, feel stress leaving and calmness flowing thinking about it! Oh, and the sound of a light drizzle on a metal roof....hypnotic almost....

Best wishes

Journaling, meditation, energy work, prayer.

Spending time in the garden or oceanside.

Swimming. Walking the dog. Talking story with friends and ohana.

Trusting the process of life!
