At a bread baking site I frequent there is a thread on the same topic. Most of the people there lean towards the fact that the eggs were probably already in the flour when you bought it. Several suggest freezing the flour and sifting with a fine mesh sifter and use it. Lets face it, more people in the world eat bugs for daily protein than not. The USDA also allows so many parts per million of "bug pieces" in our food. I think it boils down to more of a "head trip" than anything! 8^)
