Sky Builders Available For Work
#21
Another thing mz stillhope, when the plans are set do you really think that the contractor and his crew ought to be eating the cost of all your change orders. Your original building design for the fat old dog and yourself was just ridulous. A spiral staircase for a grossly obese ancient dog. You ought to be reported to the humane society for the injuries caused by your stupidity.

Pahoaprincess,
As I already posted, you miraculously appeared on the forum
10 min.after I emailed John Rabi that I am removing the builder info from the "Thank you "tread".

Goes for credibility.

The fact that you are resorting to insult my dog speaks for itself too.
There was no change of orders.I can prove it.And I don't have to insult you or your pet in order to do it.

StillHope, whatever it is worth, the builder showed me your e-mail acknowledging that you still owe him money and that you promised to pay. I didn't and still don't want to get involved, but I don't want to see a reputable builder slammed here either. I think you guys should work this out off the punaweb forum and you should stop posting about your problems, imaginary or real. [Sad][Sad][Sad]

Stillhope, What do you think you will accomplish by hanging all your dirty laundry up here ? Sounds like you have some stuff to work out, but right now you are hurting good people, burning bridges and plain making yourself look bad with all the tacky posts.

Nalu, I'll keep my ears open for you.

Nalu,

please contact me when you have time. I am working with a number of clients who are in escrow, or thinking about it, and have open permits that are old. This I believe will be a good market for awhile.

I am interested in working with one contractor who knows the ropes on this particular type of situations, and I don't have to rewind on every permit/application.

I offered him to pay the first day I met him.
He did't come up with how much.
He owes me much more.Did he acknowledge that?
You are not getting involved where it suits you.

You just don't get StillHope, do you. I don't know you, I never met you, I don't know your property, I don't know anything about your house, I don't know anything about your contract, I don't know anything about your financial arrangements, so why would I get involved? Who are you?

I have spent hours and hours with trying to help you to move here, answering your private e-mail questions, even researching properties for you, all for free, just because you were a member of this forum. I referred you to a very reputable builder whom I have been working with for over 10 years. So what do you do? You try to slam him.

Interestingly, none of your numerous previous postings had any reference to you still owing money to him, and when you got exposed you claim you offered to pay him the first day you met him. Why didn't you? Are you saying he didn't want your money? Months later you say he owes you more?

You are angry at me and slam me too for not getting involved too. Lady, time to grow up and learn how to take care of your own business. Pog is right, what you do is a good way to burn bridges.

You have a chance to examine the facts. If you don't want to do it I understand.

But if you don't then how can you say that the facts are accusations?

I am not mad at you at all.

But if instead of even trying to verify facts you keep promoting your

builder you it look like I am not telling the truth.

Talk about slamming...
