what will keep in a nigerian dwarf is a 6 foot high horse fence (12q 2x4 space) topped with another 3 feet of wire, then logs (big logs) completely covering all around the bottom of fence where you cannot see edge of fence anywhere and so heavy they cannot be rolled if a fat goat uses all his strength.. oh and make sure your goat house or any structure they can jump from is at least 10 feet from the fence... believe me, it was a battle of wits for the first year....
